The Milton Guess Hospitality Award is presented annually to an individual, organization, or family nominated from the San Antonio area community for their outstanding contributions to the travel and tourism industry. This is the highest Award in the San Antonio Visitor Alliance.

- Nominee must have made significant contributions to travel and tourism in the San Antonio area

- Nominee demonstrates teamwork, leadership, and mentorship to others.
The Rising Star Award is presented to a young professional in the San Antonio area tourism industry in recognition of accomplishments, demonstrated leadership, and commitment to the industry. The award is to recognize the future leaders in the industry.

- Nominations are open to anyone from the San Antonio Area working in any of the hospitality segments (attractions, hotels, restaurants, catering, transportation, museums, golf courses, etc.)
- Nominations are limited to persons up to and including 35 years of age.
- Must have worked in the travel and tourism industry for at least one year.
The Chairman’s Leisure Award is presented to an outstanding business in the San Antonio Tourism industry for specific contributions or special achievements in promoting and marketing to the Leisure markets. This highlights their efforts and marketing campaigns to increase awareness of the destination.
